Nice simple hotel. You need a car or taxi to get to the city, not much in the area. Nice pool.

The rooms and the furniture are basic, and they need a renewal. However, the beds are clean, the personel is generally friendly and the breakfast is good. There are several beaches within walking distance that you can go to. For the rest, there is not much to do near the hotel, and so you need a car or be prepared to pay regular taxi fees. I liked the fact that the hotel is at a relaxing part of Çeşme, but the hustle and bustle of Alaçatı and Çeşme centre is only 15 minutes away by car. Overall, the hotel offers good value for the price.

Perhaps we got what we paid for, basic clean room and a shower fir less than $50. They also serve breakfast which was okey for the price. Wish they had a proper coffee machine and serve fresh orange juice.

I decided to stay at the Albayrak Aparthotel, as it is one of the very few properties to offer a room with kitchen in the Cesme area. The hotel is very good value for money. The room was immaculately clean and very spacious (an open plan room with sofa, one bed and kitchen and a second bedroom and a balcony). The kitchen was reasonably well equipped. The stove was missing at first, but  Mehli, the friendly and English speaking manager organised one. My room did not have a/c, but there are some in the building.
There is supposed to be wireless Internet access, but during my stay there was a fault with the operator.
The breakfast is the typical Turkish one (fresh and tasty tomatoes & cucumbers, olives, white bread, jams and Turkish tea and instant coffee). The hotel is in a quiet bay some 10 min from Cesme and Alacati, so own transport is of advantage. There is sufficient parking  on the hotel premises. The complex doesn't have much character, but the staff is very friendly and the view of the bay is nice. There is a terrace with a small pool. There is a beach with some loungers right in front of the hotel, but there are nicer ones further afield.


The location and room size was great but the service was moderate. There was no toilet paper in the room as it was designed as an apart hotel.

The room was ok - although it could've been a bit more clean- and the breakfast (included in the price) was just fine. The main perk is the fact that it has a pool and that it might have a competitive price (aprox 300 TRY/ night for a double room) in comparison to other hotels in Cesme.
Nothing extraordinary, but it's a good option if you have your own vehicle to move around.
