Breakfast was much batter and fresh. location is ideal for those who wants 4 star hotel in 3 star price. Staff is well mannered and helpful.

Close to Haram. Concierge and reception staff were incredibly helpful. Breakfast was extremely varied and excellent value for money. They even let us leave our bags there free of charge.Me and family were very happy with our stay.

Good service and reasonable rates, proximity to Haram.

The staff was courteous and very hard working. Room was preety clean. Food was in aboundance and excellent. Location was near masjid al haram. We could see the masjid from our window.  Masjid was like 10 min walk. The only reason i didn't give 5 stars was the condition of updates.  Shower stall was not designed properly, propably because of saving space. Shower door was missing and we got water around the bathroom everytime we showered. Some small maintenece was needed. Other than that everything else was excellent.  This hotel will be my first choice next time i will visit the holy place.

Hotel was very near masjid Al haram. You can walk to Haram within 10 minutes. Although the walk was steep and can exhaust you in heat. Front desk was very helpful and accommodating. Overall I liked it.Avoid food from the restaurant. It was not as good as it should be. You will find better options near Haram.Room was missing the iron and only two towels were provided and not replaced until my last day after multiple reminders to the staff.The hotel in on um Al qura road the has plenty of taxis coming there. So very easy to move around the area.There are not good restaurants around the area though. You will need to find them elsewhere with 30-40 min walking distance

The room was clean beds are comfortable, location is not to far either the only thing I didn't like was the breakfast and evening meal very limited in options! breakfast u need omelettes toast bread and beans or porch eggs at least If you do decide to stay at this hotel i recommend save your money and opt out the meals

We had a good stay with a clean room and the half-board really helped save time in trying to find food. The lifts are a lot busier and slower than our last visit - perhaps more people are now staying at the hotel. I also found it odd that they’ve removed the shower doors which leaves a lot of water pooling in the bathroom. Aside from these small issues, the place is great, staff are helpful, location is close enough to Haram. We were satisfied with our stay, thank you!

Needs working fridge in hot conditions- all food went off within hours and drinks could not be kept cool.Nil milk provided for tea.Shower drainage issue so when showering, entire floor can get very wet and have to request a floor tile. But otherwise overall very pleasant stay, staff were amazing, help desk were .. helpful. The lifts were convenient, the hotel was clean. They offered enough tea bags and cups as needed. They sent a iron to use for 20 minutes then was asked to return back to infront if door.I would definitely stay again

I like how the staff clean the room everyday. They should check the cooler fridge seems its not working and some of the food we put were wasted . Overall our stay is good Alhamdulillah . 10-15 mins walk to haram . Much easier if you go through anjum hotel in their underground escalator straight away to haram.

Really nice hotel with good service, there are a few issues you may come accross (e.g. AC was not powerful enough, Fridge was not working properly, missing room amenities, no iron or ironing board etc). But Alhamdulilah you get decent value for money.The staff were very helpful, ESPECIALLY the cleaners. The service from the cleaner who dealt with our room was extra special (Muhammad Shakil Miah from Bangladesh), who went out of his way to help us with many of the problems we had.

The staff were really friendly and helpful. In house cafe was handy, hotel lobby and lounge was spacious , rooms cleaned daily, toiletries left were of good quality, rooms had comfortable beds and were clean and modern. The walk to the harem due to the nearest gates being closed for building works was an issue, otherwise it is a 8/10 minute walk but it’s uphill and you can cut through the Anjum hotel escalates making it shorter. We however used the complimentary buses that Marriot,  Double Tree Hilton and Jabar Omar put on for people staying as these hotels were just opposite and they didn’t mind us using it. So we were dropped off at the clock tower entrance . The hotel is just behind the clock tower and located  opposite the Conrad hotels chain .They gave us complementary water in the rooms every day. It’s a really nice 4 star. The y lent me chargers and iron too as we couldn’t bring all our luggage and it didn’t make a difference as the hotel offered us mostly everything.

Nice spacious rooms with amenities. I wish the bathroom was well built. The water wasn't draining properly. I see people walking to Haram from the location.Good breakfast, front desk wasn't able to accommodate early check in that cost me another SAR 200 booking a room at the adjacent hotel.Overall great stay.
