Al Bandar Arjaan by Rotana - Dubai Creek

We want to start this review with a deep and sincere thank you — a massive thank you that words can’t fully express. We were stranded in Dubai due to a security situation in our home country, and flights were canceled for a period of time. When we came to this hotel, they gave us everything we needed and truly helped us through a difficult time. We booked an apartment with a washing machine, and they upgraded us at no extra charge. Thank you to the amazing staff for their outstanding service — from the front desk to housekeeping. The hotel itself is luxurious, and the rooms are brand new, very clean, and incredibly comfortable. This is not our first time here — about a year ago we also stayed at their regular hotel (not the apartments), and it was just as luxurious with excellent service. The location is also great — very close to Dubai Mall for those who need it, and there are supermarkets nearby as well. There’s plenty of convenient parking, the breakfast is rich and varied, and the air conditioning was perfect — they simply made us feel at home. Their prices are extremely affordable compared to the high value and luxury you receive, also u have very good pool at the top roof, with a view to Dubai marina If I could give 100 stars instead of 5, I absolutely would.
