I'm currently staying at the Aksai Residence, and I am very satisfied. Personnel speaks English and it's very professional. The room it's very big and comfortable. Food quality it's one of the best that I've tried in Kazakhstan, many dishes, very well prepared and also very fast. Room service it' perfect, you can get your meal in 10/15 minutes maximum. The only thing that can be improved it's the gym, that is very small, but at least it's possible to make some work out.
