The staff here are very efficient, and extremely polite without sounding fake. There is even an outdoor onsen (hot spring) connected to the baths, which is definitely worth a visit. Opt for the breakfast - it is delicious Akita-style food. I used mostly Japanese, but they do have some people that understand English, and can explain things to you in English.
