the room that was given to us was dirty. there was still trash i think from the last guest. there were trash under the beds. like paper cups, chips. wall outlets were broken.  ants were everywhere! the bed you can call it a sand bed. i had allergies after sleeping because of the sand granules that was on the bedsheets and blanket. we didnt felt the aircon, it was too weak.  we were perspiring in the middle of the night because of the heat.  and there was a time that there was no water. there was no one in the reception. i dont even know who is assigned because reception was always empty. never will i go back here.

Hotel was a bit far from the beach and it was at a narrow entry to the hotel. But the staff was nice and courteous for the price it was just ok.

It was a bit hard to find , location was a bit out of way ok for low budget travelers

Hotel is small, but room sare clean, but they do not clean the room. The walkpath to the beach is very bad.

AJ Hotel is Ok But

Secluded spot. One blk.to beach. Quiet. Clean. Friendly. Helpful. Stayed two nights longer.

Good location. Close to restaurants.

We stayed in this budget hotel last August 4-7, 2017 with my friends. It is very affordable, spacious room, clean. The room itself if worth your money. However, when you go out the gate, you can really feel the inconvenience in the location of the hotel, there are puddles in middle of the narrow alley going to the beach. 

AFFORDABLE BUT BAD LOCATION

The room is okay. The staffs are nice. The location is not that good.

It was ok but there were no tables and chairs for us to use during our stay. When I requested for it, the staff said there's no available items for it.

Just okay

We stayed in AJ Travellers Inn on September 15 to 17, 2016 with my family. There were 9 members in family (6 adults and 3 kids) so we occupied 2 rooms. Each room is clean and wide enough for four people. The friendly staffs are always at the front desk to accommodate you with your needs. They usually lock the gate at night if the guests are already in their rooms for security. They maintain the cleanliness of the lobby. However, when you step out of the gate, you have can feel the inconvenience of the location of the hotel. Since the drainage system in the area is not good, not to mention the construction site nearby, there are puddles in middle of the narrow alley going to the beach. I could even see a frog at night. We suggest that they can provide cold or hot water for the guests. They have the dispenser but there's no water.

Affordable, Clean, and Accommodating Staffs But Bad Location

If I did not get a shuttle service from the airport I will have a hard time looking for the place.  But once there, I found the place commensurate to its budget rate and it was clean.  Not so close to the beach though.
