283 reviewsA group of us came here on a guided walk and couldn't believe our good fortune. The food and ambience were so incredible we came back as a group a second time. This sweet little restaurant is a bit out of the way, but oh so worth it. The chef and his wife are artists in every sense of the word. Their meals and hospitality are authentic, home- grown and homemade but with a modern flare! We had a mouth-watering turkey scallopini with a wine sauce, delicious and creative crostini, and a rich and elegant creamy soup with layers of flavor. Our group of seven agreed our meals here were the best we had in Italy. The hosts do not speak English well, but they are warm and friendly. Enjoy! We would come back any chance we had.
