I loved my stay the accommodation was the cleanse place i have stayed in the breakfast keep me fed for the day.The owners where great to talk to about the life on the island ,it was the most restful 2 weeks stay.You can hire a small motor bike for $10 a day which is well worth it as you can get out and observe the way of live I highly recommend Tuvalu as a place to visit

I stayed here for four nights in August 2019. Room was clean and airy. Bed and linens in good condition and refreshed every day. Coffee, muesli and toast was provided on the upstairs balcony every morning. 

This is not a 5 star resort by any means, Funafuti has its challenges and you can't forget that you are staying on a remote developing state in the middle of the Pacific. Access to western home comforts is at a minimum, and there is nothing wrong with that whatsoever. I loved my stay in Lita's place, and would be happy to return to Tuvalu again some day.

This place is a disappointment personified when it comes to an accommodation. While I stayed here only temporarily (as a transit stay before being transferred to their island lodge which was an equal disappointment!), it was such a poor experience I wanted to share my review. Everything about this place is so dated, tired and old - it would put even the lamest of hostels and poorest of backpacker hostels to shame!

LOCATION: Very close to the waterfront but not near it and so in a very enclosed part of the city

DINE + DRINK: Dont expect anything of that sort here. While they have a common kitchen area, i wouldnt dare to cook and dine anything from there.

ROOM: We were put up in one of the smaller rooms, so this review is based on that; VIEW: What is that?!; SIZE: Very small cage of a room; AIR-CON: A TINY cooler that was so small that i didnt even notice it upon entering the room. It took more than a few hours to even bring the room to an ambient temperature; BED: Dirty looking bed that seemed to desperately need some clean linens; BATHROOM: A very poor SHARED BATHROOM that matches the dated room and building in every way; TOILETRIES: A couple of lame SOAP bars that you better stay away from too.

SERVICE: Very unhelpful staff who werent even available at the property to help us with our needs during most of the time we stayed there

HOW WIRED YOU WILL BE: No Wifi, or No Television!
