We stayed either side of our tour of Palawan Island. Both times we were upgraded due to our Accor member status. Our rooms faced Manilla Bay across Roxas Boulevard. View was great and earplugs dealt with the traffic noise. The breakfast buffet was fabulous, as was the service throughout the hotel. Room décor was lovely, and beds were very comfortable. All staff wore earpieces, so you did not have the walkie talkie noise in the corridor from housekeeping. They have dress standards in the public dining and bar  areas, so thankfully  there were no silky PJs, robes, or slippers at breakfast. We highly recommend this hotel.

Luxury Hotel keeping great standards.

Pleasant evening ambiance for a weekday night. Not a lot of guests so no queues, wuick food preparation. Good selection of international fare. Great selection of desserts, nicely curated choices, including at least a dozen ice cream flavors. Wait staff were nice and attentive.

It was a very relaxing night. The hotel is cozy and with a great ambiance. The foods are great and the drinks from the Bar are superb. Kudos to Mr Keith Cortes the Executive Housekeeper who went out of his way to give us a tour of the hotel. The staff are warm and friendly. Will definitely go back to have a staycation this time.

An amazing experience

The place is so peaceful and clean especially the restrooms. The smell of the whole hotel is so relaxing. The food and the service is so great. The people are all accomodating.  I like the sounds at the bar located at basement. Thank you Keith Cortes the Executive Housekeeping.

Great hotel! The ambiance, amenities, restaurant, bar and the services were at par. I love the scent inside the lobby and the entire hotel. Sumptuous food with enough serving and reasonable price. The staff were friendly, neat and very professional most especially Keith Cortes, executive housekeeping and Princess at Ruby Wong's.

Our sponsored company booked us in this hotel from Mar2-5,2023. My expectation was quite low because i have never heard of Admiral hotel. Upon arriving the guard told us that the larking area is in 3rd flr. They guided us and the guards were all very helpful and respectful. From 3rd flr there is an elevator there going to the lobby of the hotel. The utility person, waiter, waitress greeted us. Julian of front desk assisted us and she was an angel. Very knowledgeable and gave us all that we needed. Kudos to you. You are an asset of this hotel. The lobby was very nice, peaceful and relaxing. Room was impressive and clean. Bed and pillows were perfect. Free wifi was fast. There is a nespresso machine. Drinking Water was sufficient. Breakfast area was spacious , you wont feel you have to eat fast. I love the ambiance of the hotel. Everything is just perfect. Except.for only one incident. On Mar 4,2023 hotel front desk called my sister in law to vacate the room because it was time to check out. ( i let her use the room since we were going out). she called me that she was told she needs to vacate the room. I immediately called front desk( kathy). I said the paper i signed with julia was up to mar 5 and i even confirmed with the company that sponsored us. She said she will verify it with her manager and will come back to me within 45 min to 1 hr. Sad to say she didn't call me back nor apologize. To be fair inspite of this incident i will give them a 5 and still recommend the hotel. Look for julia . She knows what she is doing.

New Hotel along Roxas Boulevard

We loved our stay in Admiral Hotel - the first MGallery in the Philippines. From the time we arrived we are welcomed by the Concierge team to assist in our luggage. Check in was quick and cozy (with refreshing Welcome Drink and towels) to beat the heat of Manila.

Staff are impeccable. We’ve met Miss Jane from Front Desk - her sweet smile and efficient service made our stay memorable.

We will be back and five stars along the way.

Admirable Stay!

The Admiral definitely impresses both with its luxurious decor and top notch service and that’s just the lobby.  Once you get to your room you will be further impressed with the well thought out decor, wall to ceiling marble bathrooms, gold accent fixtures, and many other tiny little touches that bath you in luxury.  All of the staff is very friendly and helpful that will leave you never wanting for anything more then they already so happily offer.  I am a loyal Accor member and Admiral has quickly climbed to one of my favorite Accor brands

Expect Nothing but Luxury & Quality Service

Spent a night here with my family and had a great time! I loooove the theme of the hotel and they do such a great job showcasing Filipino culture. The food and drinks (El Arrio, Kevin Ong,  Admiral Club, Coconut Grove) were great, although I noticed it's quite on the pricier side compared to other Accor hotels. The room is small but cosy, very clean and aesthetic. I also really love how dog-friendly this hotel is! I can take my dog with me everywhere whether it's the rooftop bar or the restaurants! They even prepared a cake because it was my dog's birthday! 🥺❤️

Lovely & pet-friendly hotel and staff

From the moment we were greeted by Raymond, the experience was five star. The welcome drink was refreshing, Raymond gave us all the information we needed to make our stay enjoyable. The breakfast is out of this world and a must, even if you don’t stay here.  The rooftop bar and sunset views by the pool were a trip highlight. So many hidden treasures in this hotel. Highly recommend this hotel!
