Adam & Eve Hotel

As with all hotels in Korea, if you're not staying in a Marriott or Western-branded chain, you're usually in a love motel. We booked this hotel through Agoda for one night during the Jindo Sea Parting Festival. The location next to Lotte Mart is easy for cabs (about 5,000 from the bus station and 8,000 from the train station). There isn't much in Mokpo, but this hotel is close to the main drag of bars and clubs (which is next to the Lotte Cinema, a 5 minute walk). The rooms are clean and bright. The entire hotel is well kept. Those of us that live in Korea know love motels to be completely acceptable and this is a good one. The staff doesn't speak English, but again, we're not in a native English speaking country. The only downside: the superior room showed an extra bed. It does not exist, so only plan for 2 in a room!
