I’m Emmanuel I’m writing this message to say a big thank you to Glorea who is marketing executive of city escape hotel who saw my phone in a taxi where mistaken forgot it after I try calling she picked and directed me to her office to collect it... I never knew good people still exist ... thanks Glorea and thanks city escape for having such an amazing staff .

Actually, I just used the pool, so my review may not be totally accurate..

Rather good service, however our waiter (Gabriel) didn't seem to know exactly what was on the menu - he kept going back and forth to get the right info

The meal took forever to arrive, but once it did, was worth the wait

Perhaps a few more visits may change my opinion, but for now, my rating is 2/5

Below Average

We had a terrible time with the management of the hotel. We have stayed with City Escape several times at both of their locations. Each time we have had something come up with their customer.service that was negative but this time we know that we will not return.

Where There is No Customer Service, There are no Customers

I was at this facility for a week last month and to me, the place is a good hideout for family and pleasure. The internet was OK and the rate was cool.You can actually bargain.The reception was welcoming, the staff well spoken and very helpful. Rooms were okay

Good to visit

Location is great in a quiet residential neighbourhood. Not enough parking space but that is to be expected. Rooms are neat but seems to me staff were rationing toiletries. Water supply went off twice in the middle of my shower. Not good. Apparently a problem there and needs to be solved. Restaurant is quite small and seats are crammed. Food is ok. Not many to choose from and that is to be expected because of the size of the restaurant. Anyway friendly staff, good internet service and conference facilities good as well.

The internet in this hotel is unstable, or should i say.... Dysfunctional

Very beautiful structure from the outside. 
The reception was welcoming, the staff well spoken and very helpful.
Rooms were okay, unfortunately not to the standard price wise. 

We booked an adjoining room for $300 per night. The master room was okay, except for the bath room was not clean. 
The children's room had a terrible smell from the drainage, it was unbearable. I had to move the children into the master room.
Clean bedding, clean towels. 
The pool area and pool was fine, music around the pool was too loud. 
We came to City Escape to rest not to party!
The food was horrible, not at all to the standard. 
In all, thumbs up to the staff.
