Perfect place to rest.  Private and easy to access.  Bus is 2 minutes away.

Very attentive staff and tended to any of the needs requested by our travel group

Very convenient for catching the local buses and felt very safe traveling alone.

Excellent value for money. Spotlessly clean with towels, fridge, kettle and even an espresso machine - very impressed! Even able to park the car for free! Can't understand why some people have left bad reviews - I'd stay again.

Really good stay and easy check-in and check out process! Great spacious room that has everything needed during the stay!

This was a delightful property.  It is an older building which was been added to and updated. The room was clean and roomy.  It was a delightful stay.  We came back to Dublin for our last night and I definitely wished that I had booked this property for that night as well.  I highly recommend this property.

The room is small and has a comfortable bed. There was no water provided in the room. Unfortunately there isn’t good soundproofing and I could hear doors closing, tvs and loud conversations happening well into the night which prevented me from getting decent sleep. There is a walk in shower with good water pressure but the spray from the shower was coming out onto the floor while I was waiting for the water to heat up. Then the drain couldn’t keep up and the water overflowed onto the tiled floor. There was also some mould where the tiles meet the shower tray. I wouldn’t consider this to be a 4 star hotel, in fact it’s more of a hostel or at best a guest house.

Wouldn’t stay again

The property is in a very nice location south of the city and there is several bus stops with in a 5-10 minute walk from the property.  The rooms are ok, not bad but not really the cleanest.  There is no staff on property except to clean up after checkout.  The check in process is very easy without having staff on the property.

Good location. Clear check-in instructions. Nice to have a coffee machine. Room was on the smaller side, shower sprayed onto the floor, toilet was tight and the coffee machine needed cleaning out as stale water had been left in it. Room was really hot and restricted windows. Quilt thick, pillows x2 per person and I had to fold in home to get any volume. Half the tv channels didn’t work and people park like idiots. Lines need spraying or painting with how you want people to park. Location is fantastic, on a bus route and the room was plenty adequate for a stopover! Communal area downstairs to use too.

The property was ok, a bit pricy  in comparison with other European cities, but ok when it comes to Dublin. There were some cobwebs around the corners of the room and some of the lights were not working. The main door whilst closed was making a lot of noise. Great location! The area was quiet and clean and with good bus connections . Great if you like a 40 min walk ti the city centre. a good experience overall

This is very much a self service hotel. Ideal for travellers who just want to get on with it, without having the fuss of interacting with anyone.Check in was via email and codes for hotel and room entry. All worked seamlessly.My room was clean and functional without being special and I was more than happy with that.

No staff - but no problem :-)

I have stayed here previously and was very happy and satisfied so rebooked this time I was in Ireland, however very disappointed, the noise was non stop and the front door was horrendously loud banging all hours of the night, definitely they need to sort this out. I doubt very much I will return to this establishment.

I had a heavy suitcase and had to wheel it over gravel to get to the steps and then had to lug my bag down stairs with no help. When I got to my room, it was so small that there wasn’t even room for a luggage stand to open my bag up. The sink in the bedroom with no light to put on my makeup was a cherry on top.

Micro room at macro price

The room was spotless and the location is nice.  Very limited car parking space in the front and back.  The overnight street parking is free till 8 am, so you have to move your car or pay and display.  I stayed in for a week and noticed that there was not a routine room service, so you have to ask for it, if you want your room doing.  I understand the self check in and out process.The extraction fan inbthe bathroom was not efficient (or may be was not working) hence everytime I took a shower the room turned into a sauna (room 107).I have not dined there at all so I cannot comment on that.Overall, reasonable and quiet stay.

the ability to check in and out by yourself was great, the rooms were what you expect and there was even a fridge, iron and hairdryer which was an added bonus. you can hear people walking outside your rooms and noise from the property can be annoying however everyone there is super respectful.would defo recommend
