Congratulations to the Idas Hotel. Our room was very comfortable, the pool was very clean, the food was lovely with lots of variety. But the main thing was the staff who were all friendly, professional and very helpful. Upon returning back to the UK, we realised we had left our car key in our hotel room. The staff, in particular Doğukan bey, couldn't have been more helpful and arranged our key to be posted to us. Thank you Doğukan for helping us. We have no hesitation in recommending this hotel if you are planning to visit Icmeler. İdas Hotel'i tebrik ederiz. Odamız çok rahattı, havuz çok temizdi, yemekler çok çeşitli ve lezzetliydi. Ama asıl önemli olan güler yüzlü, profesyonel ve çok yardımsever personeldi. İngiltere'ye döndüğümüzde, araba anahtarımızı otel odamızda unuttuğumuzu fark ettik. Personel, özellikle Doğukan Bey, son derece yardımseverdi ve anahtarımızın posta yoluyla bize gönderilmesini sağladı. Bize yardım ettiğin için teşekkürler Doğukan.
