Very clean and really nice. The owner was very friendly and helpful.

Absolutely charming.  The host was warm, welcoming, and friendly.  One of the highlights of my trip!

Fast Eddies has great burgers. General store is well stocked.

Homey stay after a long bumpy ride from Haines to Tok. Lovely couple greeted us and  left us alone to enjoy the peace and quiet of their b&b.

This was our favorite stay on our adventure to Alaska. Sweet couple and clean rooms. Plenty of parking and Beautiful Property.

Cozy, warm, clean and great location for an overnight stay.

Really comfortable bed. Quiet! Great host. Would definitely stay again.

The real delight of our stay was meeting and talking with Laura.  She was very interesting to talk with.  We talked about living in Alaska and about Romania, where she is from.  The breakfast was wonderful and we met several international guests.  The room we had was comfortable and well appointed.  The pillows were perfect for us.  Pillows are kind of a personal thing.  Slept very well.  You are far enough away from the Alaskan Highway that there is little to no road noise.

We booked this as stopover from Anchorage to Whitehorse,  only accommodation available at the time.Laura was around whenwe arrived at the property.We were given the small room with twin beds but for 1 night it was doable. Room very hot so slept with fan on high and windows open ..it did cool down during the night . There was an issue with the room door but Robert came and had a look at it ..bathroom was separate from the room and meant a walk across the hallway but again a minor detail for 1 night as it was solely for our use.
The  interior of the property is well presented and homely ..access to the kitchen to make tea or coffee. We didn't have breakfast as we were leaving early so just helped ourselves to cereals available.  
Had to be mindful that there was guests in the downstairs room adjacent to the kitchen.
The only downside was the dishwasher is in need of a good clean and disinfecting as the smell from it was awful when we opened it to put our dishes in it.

Quaint and cosy

We stayed 1 night in the Mooseberry room and it was perfect for our needs. Laura greated us at checkin and showed us the room and advised us to help ourselves to items in the kitchen. The breakfast she prepared was fantastic! Eggs, bacon and pancakes as well as coffee and many tea options. Laura was so friendly and our stay was perfect. If we are ever back in Tok, we would stay there again.

Lovely B&B in Tok

Hosts, who recently aquired the busuness, were very welcoming and had an interesting backstory.  The bed was comfortable and clean... but there were no other amnities in room, i.e. no chair or table, no drinking glass.  A bit more maintenance is needed: bathroom sliding door was blocked open; blinds lacked a control rod to adjust, and rod for block-out curtin kept falling off when pulling the curtain.  The owners seem to have their heart in it and I wish them success, but rooms could be improved with a few simple tweaks.

What a great place this is.  It was at an intersection of our trip, so we stayed there twice. It was clean, so comfortable, and the hot breakfast was a welcome change to our typical breakfast, while traveling. We loved visiting with the other guests at breakfast.  Fun to make new friends. Thank you Laura.

I liked that there were only 4 or 5 other rooms in the whole place, the other guests were quiet, we all had to remove shoes at the door, and the decor made it feel very cozy.  The host makes breakfast and was willing to make mine to go because i needed to get on the road right away.  I enjoyed the stay here very much.

Robert and Laura are exceptional hosts!  Loved the place, really appreciated Robert’s welcome and Laura’s walk through upon arrival.  The accommodations felt like home and beautiful surroundings.  Loved it for our pass through r route to Anchorage.  Robert also made great recommendations for dining!  Highly recommend this B&B!!

This is a nice place, with uniquely decorated bedrooms with balconies. There is a large kitchen to use the microwave, and they serve a continental breakfast. The host was friendly and helpful. It is situated in a quiet neighborhood with very little traffic. It’s a nice place to stay when you need a good place to crash before traveling on.My only disappointment was the bath water was too cold—probably everybody else was taking a bath too!

We LOVED our stay at Hyde Away B&B and would recommend it to anyone who needs a place to stay in Tok. The home is so welcoming and cozy and was the best way to end our trip from Minnesota to Alaska. Our room was clean and organized, yet homey. The kitchen was stocked with plenty of food, tea, snacks, and juices. We hope we get the chance to come back soon, especially in the summer!
