Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Please inform Domus Camillus in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Please note, in the event of an early departure, the hotel reserves the right to apply a penalty charge. Even though the booking amount will be charged at the time of booking for 'non refundable' reservations, the hotel requires the card holder to present the credit card upon check in and the card holder will be requested to sign the credit card slip at that time. The credit card used for payment on offers must be presented upon check in for verification. Your reservation will be cancelled if the correct card is not provided. Guests booking a non-refundable rate requiring an invoice should include their invoicing details (name, address and VAT number) in the Special Requests box when booking.
