Insail Hotels (Guangyuanxincun Jingtai Pedestrian Street Guangzhou)

As this is my first time to Guangzhou, China, Tianda hotel was recommended by a friend who previously stayed there. I am currently on vacation and is staying at the hotel with my family. My room was the "Deluxe Twin Room". Here's my review of the hotel: Location: - Approximately 40 mins by bus from Baiyun International Airport (Airport express bus - first stop) - Easily accessible by bus and taxis - 15 mins by taxi to Guangzhou East Railway Station - Food easily accesible (McDonalds is next door and there is a night market just outside the hotel) - Has a lot of shops (especially clothing stores, boutiques, food etc) - A big supermarket directly opposite the hotel (you can buy groceries etc there) Rooms: - Spacious and comfortable - Air-conditioned - Two twin size beds (Can fit up to three people per room) - Bathroom attached (Towels, Face Towels,Toothbrush, Showercap, Shampoo, Soap etc provided) - TV - Computer with internet access (Webcam and Headphones included) - International Plug Converter provided Overall, I would say this hotel is value for money and a nice place to stay. You will never be afraid of going hungry (unless you don't like Chinese food) and everything is easily accessible. It cost me 240 yuan (USD 37) per night per room (note: prices subjected to change) and the staff are super-helpful and friendly. Taxi fare to Guangzhou East Railway Station cost approximately 25 yuan. This is the station where you can take a train directly to Hong Kong or Shenzhen. The only downside of the room is that it does not have a mini fridge but that is allright as not everybody needs a fridge. I would recommend this hotel to anyone who has a budget and is looking for a nice place to stay.
