FAST TRACK Chennai Airport

Got a chance to travel by this special airport oriented metro in Chennai. It was a wonderful experience in many ways. It took around 22 minutes to reach Airport. It was easy to access, very clean and also most presentable metro that I saw in India. Also the ease of check in is awesome. I strongly recommend all passengers to use this state of art Infra. Cheers

The art installations and services at the airport are fantastic. There’s a buggy to take you between terminals. Lots of variety of food at the airport. Limited but free wifi in all areas - however there are a few wifi spots too. Clean loos in the departure areas 

Nice place to get fresh with family. Travelled from International flight then took rest there and waited for next flight. people  around there were helpful and guided us for wheel chair assistance and we had a pleasant flight to our hometown.

As I landed here in night,still the staff was courteous. First statue of Nataraj welcome everyone.Conveyor belts are more visitor friendly.My recommendation is to taste filter coffee..just opposite of airport entrance.And dont forget to salute the national flag stood just opposite the mai gate

Neat and clean airport

We booked and paid inside the terminal, then walked quite a distance to find the car pick up location. The car was old, seats uncomfortable and driver could not speak English. He went to wrong location and I used my phone GPS to get us to our hotel. Not the best start to our stay in Chennai but he got us to our hotel in the end and loaded and unloaded our bags

Average service, but fair price

On 10 th march 2021 I was book fast track from sriperumbudur to OMR . It was showing me rs967 and only 45 km but after 15 km the driver take a wrong root. For the same distination.almost 30 km and 50 min Extra Time  also and he charged me rs30/km Extra. That way they cheat with people . 

Terrible ride

On January 15, 2020, made reservation for a pick up from T. Nagar and drop off at Chennai Central Railway Station. The pick up was scheduled for 4:50 AM on January 16th (FT Booking FTP1795077). On Jan. 16th morning, no show. At 5:15, when called, the response was that they would call back in 10 minutes. My train departure was at 6:00 AM. I couldn't believe the reckless and nonchalant manner that this was handled - totally oblivious to the customers' schedule. We called for an OLA, which arrived in 8 minutes and got us to the Railway Station on time. On our way, at 5:30 Fast Track called to give me excuses - sorry, my attitude was, "who cares?" Thank God for Ola. Fast Track, you have a problem in your staff.
