First of all , price is higher than service you got . 
Pros: reception and staff were very helpful . Specially mostafa in the reception . Location is very good . Beach is amazing

Cons: rooms were bad . Nothing clean . Need room service to twice clean the room . In addition all furniture were bad or destroyed . Pool not clean at all . Towels or sheets even after cleaning are very dirty . Dont know why

If u are having time arrange for another place better . 



Need lots of improvements

My first time in this hotel I see this hotel have alot of advantages view very good and restaurants good but I was upset the first day I arrive in hotel  at 10 o'clock and going to my room at 1 o'clock  and when I arrived ididn, t see any one in reception and second problem the hotel so boring no entertainment no fun n joking  I never come back again

The only positive thing about this Hotel is the location !!! 
The view of the Sea is just Amazing from this location ...

First of All the Room Rate is So Expensive 2500 LE single occupancy for
A hotel that provides only a room with NO other services what so ever .. 

NO  Restaurants 
NO  Bars 
NO Gym 
NO MINI BAR 
NO Room Service 

Nothing At ALL .. 
They Just have A waiter in the Lobby that get get & offer limited beverages 

I'm a Hotelier My Self & would like to share my negative experience for everyone to be ready what to expect if they wish to visit this Hotel 

I was properly welcomed upon arrival by the Front office Manager & his assistant 
and was totally shocked when I found out the Hotel has no F& B services however I did not mind much at that time as i had no other choice 
I paid 2500 LE per night and was actuality expecting at least the basics you find    in a hotel which unfortunately i did not .. 

following are some of the problems in the room 

1-  Furniture is extremely old 
2- Room Not clean at All 
3- Spots & Stains was found in the linen of the bed which looks disgusting
4- Kettle in Room was not clean & no glasses or cups provided 
5- Painting spots was clearly seen everywhere in the bathroom 
6- Shower sink was blocked all the time 
7- Bathroom  Tap was leaking water from everywhere  
8- Locks handle of the bathroom door is broken and loose 
9- AC cover is broken & loose 
10- Painting stains and spots are all around the door of the terrace 
11- After I checked In one of the Waiters just entered the room without knocking 

All the above I got over it because i was just staying for 2 nights & I wanted to enjoy but they managed to even kill any joy I was expecting 

They did not allow me to have a drink with one of my friends by the beach although i mentioned it was only for an hour  & they even have sent me the security manager to talk to me and has embarrassed me in front of my guest as they were insisting to have me pay additional fee just  because i have a friend who was sitting by the beach with me for while & by the way this was after i have shared my negative 
room experience . 

They have destroyed my mood and managed to kill my day and I had to leave 
The hotel with my friend because I could not even enjoy a moment in peace in a place I have paid money. 
 

I truly have no words to say !!
Front office Manager received my compliant and did nothing 
I have asked to meet the General Manager of the Hotel & he has neglected my request and has not bothered to see the guest concern or problem 

What Kind Of Management is This !
What kind of Hospitality is This !
Nothing what so Ever ....

This is not a Hotel !!!

Do not expect any kind of service you receive in Hotels !!
I would not even rate it a one start hotel !!
I will make sure the owner of this property receives my complaint

Worst Experience In My Life ! A Complete Rip Off !

We have made our booking at the month of July, 1 month in advance based on a certain rate that was provided to us by the hotel staff to book a family suite, upon our arrival and after traveling for four hours to get there, they decided to charge us double the rate on the room more than 400$ per night !!!! Claiming we got the wrong information and it wasn’t their fault. We paid the money unwillingly as i had my old parents with me and it was almost impossible to find another reservation on the spot. Going into the room we discovered sewage smell all over master bedroom, absolutely no cleaning was done before our arrival. Someone had peed in the connecting room bathroom and left it. TV was not working, air condition was not working. They lied about facilities acting as if they were doing us a favour. And after all that they claim to be a 5 stars hotel! Not sure based on what exactly. This has been the worst experience in my life !

Worst Stay in my Life !

I spend amazing time and long day in first day really i spend good time in morning and in night eat and drink cola in caffe but i find big problem why staff so ugaly why no entertainment please hotel very good fix some small problems

Amazing and boring

My first time in this hotel it was boring time it was bad hotel every thing bad reception veey bad resturants bad food not good pool is bad beach not good i will not come back again entertainment very bad

Bad holiday Bad vaction staff don, t have experience how to deal with guest speak with like iam friend tell Bad words to his workmate when he speak with me i shocked when i listen this words iam really disappear

My third time in this season nothing change to 
 better nothing improved I really  
 sad to see my favourite hotel very bad 4years ago this hotel was the best in northcost i don,t see entertainment i want some change
