It was my first stay at this establishment & it did not disappoint. Extremely satisfied & elated with the professional conduct of the front office manager & her team. I was greeted with a warm welcome where I was recognised as an IHG Member. Compliments to Yiwette for making check-in super smooth & for offering a room from the 20th floor. Kudos also to the housekeeping staff for preparing the room to my liking & for promptly responding to my requests. The main spectacle was the breakfast buffet which included Western, Malaysian, & Indian dishes. In addition to the warm food items, the large spread comprised also of salads, cereals, baked items & diverse beverage options. Compliments to the chefs for arranging an enticing spread. This would be my 1st choice for stays in Kuala Lumpur given its super value for money, its close proximity to the city centre, friendly staff, & cracking dishes.
