I have stayed at this fab.ulous place many times and each time it has been an amazing experience. I was very well taken care of by Haza and her team of Yvette and Nada. With Haza's professional and friendly approach, my stay was smooth without issues, everything works and my allergies were well attended too. In fact, I would say that I had slept better here than in other more luxurious hotels. Haza was meticulous in ensuring that my room was properly cleaned and prepared. Her excellent leadership of the team speaks volume about the fact that everyone knows what to do and there is very good team work all around. The hotel provided everything that you need for a comfortable stay and the breakfast was awesome with many local delicacies and is included with the rate you pay. This is like a home away from home experience that I will return to whenver I visit KL again.
