We came to dining here at brunch,the buffet was super and food also so good ,Mr.Shyam sundar and Mr.Kami he escorted us to table and taking care of us so well,he suggested food from the buffet and help us too much highly recommend to all. 😊😊😊😊😊😊😊

Dined at soccoro restaurant. Food and team is superb. Mr kuldeep, yuvraj singh and mr dinesh were super helpful and customised to our requirements. Keep it up!! And hoping to come again soon……………………Our child was very happy too as he loved the food.

Property is nice, food is excellent staff is very nice. Luggage was handelled very smoothly even it was a rush hour. Thank you for the facilities special mention to Altamsh, Nikhil and Vimanyu. I would definitely visit again

This is a wonderful hotel.. I have experienced the best customer service in this hotel.. The ambience, food, cleanliness and the staff of this hotel is very good.. All the staff are very humble and helpful. I loved the food a lotttttt..
The buffet staff Mr. Dinesh was very kind and provided me very good service when i went for my lunch.. He got me made an amazing dal baati churma and pav bhaji which was out of the world.. I really liked his hospitality and along with him all other staff there was very humble, always smiling and very hard working people.. Kuddos to the Bestttttt Service and Bestttttt Hospitality provided by Crown Plaza Jaipur.. 
I will always recommend all my friends and relatives to stay only in this Hotel if they visit Jaipur…

All the staff are very polite and cooperative. The front desk staff, Sadaf, who took our booking, personally made sure that we had a comfortable stay. She arranged clean and upgraded rooms and good in room dining services for us. So, special thanks to her for her mindfulness.

I recommend the delicious food on the 1st floor, Mosaic Restaurant, we have warm welcome and careful service from the waitress named Kitar, professional way impressd us, thank you, i will come again...


It was an amazing experience this time while staying in hotel Crown Plaza. I went there with family to enjoy new year cekebration 2023 start up.

Caragorically to tell restaurant Royal root. Tarun , the manager there took care of us from starting till end. He guided us with the menu and beyond. The hospitality provided us by Tarun made us feel like staying at home.
The way all the dishes were served, made this restaurant different from others.



During our Rajasthan road trip spent one night in this hotel and i must say that we made an excellent choice. While returning to Delhi from Jaisalmer we booked this hotel at the last minute and also opted for the dinner buffet. Starting from the check-in to checkout we had great experience.  We opted for Standard king room with bathtub . Room was big , bed was comfortable and housekeeping was great. Dinner buffet had huge spread and food was awesome. Same thing for breakfast buffet as well. I highly recommend this hotel. Only disadvantage is its slightly far from city center as traffic is high during day time but what this hotel offers its manageable. 

Great Hospitality offered by the staff and we feel like our home only.Food served was awesome. The most important thing was they created our kids safely and also arrange the things as per their choice. Good wishes for entire staff for their nice hospitality and keep doing the same.

The room was very clear Ankit from Housekeeping made sure he comes on time and make things at their place 
I would love to give him appreciation for his work and so much love ... Only if the words could explain how much hard work he does and gets things on time.. 
All the housekeeping as well as staff from dining was so helpful even Dinesh Sir was very nice.. 
Also the most admirable person was (jayant) from front office.. He always smile and is a great friend..

Bestttt Hospitality and Best Hotel in Jaipur..!!!

I came to Jaipur for work purpose.
Mr. Sarvesh came to pick me up at airport.
Starting from day one to day four,I felt I am accompanied by someone who's father figure.
Everyday pick up and drop from airport He will be present there with his bright smile and will give you a warm welcome.
I know its a service industry and one has behave in that manner but he is best in his work ethics and knowledgeable person.
I wish him all the best for his future.

This is a stunning property with great hospitality. There is no other hotel to suggest in Jaipur.Breakfast buffet was good , rooms are clean and big.They have interconnected rooms also. 
They provide  chauffeur service for a good price .All the staff  were pleasant and helpful especially Sanjay( driver) and Gurpreet.

Great place

Our stay was amazing and can’t be more perfect than this. When we entered in the hotel lobby at that time luckily there staff Mr. Abhimanyu Rajawat was available. He is a gem of a person I only shared my requirements with him and he assured that everything should be top notch. Thank you so much dear for ever you did. Best service and hospitality done by Crown plaza (July 2022)

We recently stayed at CP during a business trip to Jaipur.
Place is well maintained & spacious rooms.
Staff is very helpful.
The best part of the hotel was the food, it was delicious.  We noted the name of Chef just to write this appreciation note, Chef Vishvendra prepared v good meals during our stay.
Everything was good here
