Alex was a fantastic host! Everything was pristine (especially the AC after a hot Italian day!) There is no lift, but Alex assisted in carrying our luggage to our room. The bed was a dream (considering most euro beds are not the most comfy) and the bathroom/shower were large and spacious. We absolutely loved our stay here! Alex recommended a wonderful lunch at Pane & Salami just down from the hotel that was perfect after a long travel day!
