Fantastic staff member who was very friendly helpful and courteous

Tidy hotel in good location. Not quite central but close enough to walk to the centre (about 20 min walk). Friendly and helpful staff. Room was new and tidy

Handy to city and a central base to all areas in ChCh. Nice and clean, spacious and quiet. Walking distance to city and for meals. This is the second time we have stayed here and would stay again.

Our room was great. It was clean and had everything we needed. The Host was lovely and helpful. The only thing that could have been better was if the courtyard garden off our room had been weeded as it looked quite messy.

Such a great place to stay, clean and tidy. This was our second stay here and our room was upgraded to a more spacious room with separate room for our bed, was great as we had a toddler and a portacot to put up. Lots of space, child friendly as all deck area’s sturdy balustrades.  Very happy, will be back to stay again soon. 😁

Our unit B14 located on the top or second floor was spotlessly clean and bright so this made for a wonderful stay.  The location we found perfect for our needs; walking distance to city centre etc. Luggage racks would have made life easier rather than having to manage our bags on the floor.  Car parking we found a problem one evening after returning in our vehicle, there were no parking spaces.  Another guest was in the same predicament.  We agreed a motel of this standard should have one space per unit.  This doesn’t seem to be the case. Regardless, we recommend this property and would stay again.

Great place to stay in an awesome location. The queen studio we stayed in had absolutely everything you could need and the balcony is fantastic. The outside light does slightly shine through the sides of the blind though so if you are used to a pitch black room bring a eye mask. This was a very minor detail.

Our favourite in Christchurch

Property was 20 min walk to centre of Christchurch. Bed was comfortable and rooms well appointed with new furniture. Unfortunately the small lounge was so uncomfortable I could not sit on it for any period of time. Only one very small price of soap was provided. Inadequate with current COVID 19 pandemic.

This lovely small property was conveniently located about a 5 minutes walk from fast food and restaurants.  It was about a 20 minute walk to the City Center.  The room and bathroom were quite spacious.  My room included a small side balconoy.  Also included were free in room coffee / tea and the bathroom was stocked with individual containers of soap / shampoo / hair conditioner and body lotion.  The Manager was also helpful picking out tours for me to take during my short stay in Christchurch.

Friendly & Efficieint Small Buseinss

Very good o nice.  I stayed 3 nights extra.  Clean and tidy, well equipped so I could make simpler dishes myself.  Comfortable beds.  Not located in the middle of the city but still central, you can walk or take the bus wherever you want.  Since I do not have a car, I bought a Metrocard and easily took both around town and to Willowbank and Lyttleton (same zone).

the unit that we had (there were 3 of us) had a nice bedroom with a queen bed. The 3rd bed was made on the futon in the main room (living room + kitchenette). Our daughter, who slept there, indicted that the topper was too soft whereas the futon was very hard. Also, with the futon, the couch when not a bed, turned into a bed, there was no place to sit and watch tv (no tv in the bedroom). Other than that everything was excellent.
