Very nice place, close to different kind of amenities. The room was nice and big for my family total of 4, very clean and tidy

Amazing time. Great host and great concept. Bed was comfortable. Only flag is bathroom is small and the bar downstairs if noisy, but for the location and price this place is hard to beat!

Beautiful and clean. It is right downtown Reykjvik, we could see the rainbow street from the terrace.

Location was outstanding on rainbow street- yet the room was quiet. The kitchen and rooftop were a bonus - comfortable and clean. I would highly recommend staying in the private rooms.

This was great space in the middle of everything Reykjavik.  Super easy to access dining and shopping, comfortable bed, clean unit and shared space.

Clean, comfortable, modern.  Best thing was the washer AND dryer because we always plan to do some laundry during our travels.  Great location right on the main tourist street, but it was never noisy.  We had a small room with tiny bathroom—I usually hate tiny bathrooms, but this one was totally acceptable and nice and clean.  We were on the top floor with a balcony in the shared kitchen/sitting area. For introverts, the shared area may not be great since other travelers may be there using the space.  But we enjoyed having it.

Highly recommend this wonderful setup on the bottom of the Rainbow street, right by shopping and restaurants. Views were outstanding with deck. Loved the shared open kitchen and living space. We had 2 of the bedrooms and used the kitchen for a big group breakfast. Beds were comfy. Sofa beds a bit hard however. All 7 of us said we'd book this again. Highly recommend, especially for a larger group.

Property was great.  But beware…. We booked ‘a package with air and lodging’ The airline changed the days of our flight. We did not have the opportunity to cancel our lodging.  Luckily,  it worked out for our group. But if it hadn’t, we would not have been given a refund. They only offered future credit toward the lodging booked.

Worked well for us. Room B 11 is the bigger room but smaller than an American hotel room and is right at the corner of Rainbow Street. Enjoyed going to Sessions for beverage (just below the room) and the convenience of the kitchen across the hall. The room has hooks on both sides for hanging clothes (no drawers), a mini coffee maker with pods, hot pot, microwave, and mini fridge, very hot shower 👍. Although small… We didn’t spend much time in the room so that wasn’t a big deal. It’s right above restaurants and near pubs so one night was fairly noisy but the remaining three were fairly quiet. Greatly appreciated the staff quick response time & friendliness. No elevator/lift so good to pack light🙂 and 100% can drink water from the tap.

In the heart of town

This property is centrally located in downtown within walking distance of everything. The unit was small but had everything we needed. The only downside is that it’s above a bar which you can hear at night & there’s no private parking so we had to find public parking. I’d recommend this place to a quick, convenient stay.

Perfect Quick Stay

It was the PERFECT location in town and walk to everything. VERY clean and super comfy bed. If you are driving it is hard to get to the front door in a car so it's better to have your GPS send you to a parking lot close by so you don't have to rive in circles like we did.  There is a hostel with the same name that your GPS may take you too also. The open concept shared kitchen was fine there are 6 guest rooms on that floor. The worst thing is the hot water smells like sulfur (rotten egg smell) but all of Rekjaviks hot water smells.No elevator and we had to climb 49 stairs with luggage.

Perfect Location

Stayed here for two nights, April 2019. Had apt 1 (third floor) with three single beds. Room has space for the beds and little else, but had a shared roomy kitchen, living room, and veranda overlooking the busy shopping district below. Notable for people with limited mobility, there are three flights of stairs but no elevator. If you need or expect an elevator this is not for you. There is a washer and dryer for shared use of the residents, the dryer didn’t dry all that well but we got it done eventually. May have been a machine problem or an operator problem, not sure. We would definitely stay here again.

Small but great location.

We stayed in apartment 11 - which was a little apartment room for 2 people. The decoration is beautiful and stylish and it’s a really cosy and comfortable place to stay. There is crockery, cutlery a microwave, coffee machine and kettle in the room, along with coffee and tea, cereal and biscuits. The room is clean and lovely.The service was great, you check yourself in with a code, and we were able to check in an hour early which was really helpful! We managed to lock ourselves out one night and the owner lived locally and was able to come and let us in within 5 minutes of us calling her - even though it was past 1am! The location is great, easy to walk around town, lots of near by shops and places to eat, and near to bus stop 6 where all the tours can pick up and drop off.The TV in the room has Netflix which was a nice touch, especially as on a couple of days we had some nasty weather and wanted to stay in and cosy for most of the evening!The only downside is that the apartment is above a bar, which is fairly quiet until about 11pm, and then became noisy until about 2 or 3am on Thursday, Friday and Saturday. It’s closed on Sunday though, and without the music from the bar, it’s really peaceful. We would definitely stay again, despite the noisy bar - just bring ear plugs!!

Beautiful stylish apartment, great location

Maria was very responsive to our questions about the accommodation and our first visit to Iceland. We stayed in her home for 5 nights and felt very much at home. The Luxury Villa is located in a very quiet neighborhood near the sea with beautiful views of Reykjavík. It was about 10-15 minutes' drive time to most parts of the city. We are very grateful for having found B14 Apartments and would recommend it to other travelers.

Ideal Accommodation for Business & Personal Stays

This was a very nice apartment. We only stayed one night but it would have been comfortable for a couple nights. Very clean with comfortable beds, nice kitchen/common area (which we didn't really use). Our room was a little small for the 4 of us, but nice.  It was kind of awkward getting up the apartment (3rd floor) with all of our stuff and figuring out where the door to the apartment was, but it was great once we figured it out.
