The warmest welcome started from the bell boys who assisted me with the luggage, The reception colleagues were very professional and they briefed me about the hotel facilities upon arrival. The view in the room is awesome, room size is perfect and housekeeping did a great job, very neat and clean. Location wise, there is valet parking available as well as subway station nearby, very convenient in terms of transportation. Breakfast is excellent, you have the try their signature one named starts with “New York …” Special thank you to Mr Marcel, Mr Jeroen, and Mr. Polat, you made my day so memorable. It’s a super amazing stay with Mandarin Oriental New York, I highly recommend it to all travellers.
