City tax: UAH 60.00 per person, per night for non-residents of Ukraine, UAH 24.00 per person, per night for Ukrainian citizens. This tax must be paid on arrival and is not included in the booking price.
Business travelers with proof of travel are exempted from this tax. (When registering at the hotel, you must have a business trip order with you).
If guests require a visa to enter the country, the hotel in most cases will provide the necessary documents to obtain it.
The hotel offers an airport pick-up service (additional charges may apply). Guests must advise their arrival 24 hours prior to arrival using the contact details on the booking confirmation.
