You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Guests will receive a rental agreement which must be signed and returned to the property prior to arrival. If guests do not receive the agreement on time, they should contact the property management company at the number on the booking confirmation. This Short-Term Rental Agreement (the “Agreement”) is made by and between Knowledge Enterprises LTD and Hollywood Beach Suites and the Guest. The parties hereby agree as follows: This Agreement, reservation, any changes to the reservation and any services provided, and any and all other items shall be construed under, and according to the laws of Turks and Caicos Islands. The legal venue for any and all matters shall be in the Turks and Caicos Islands. Hollywood Beach Suites is not responsible for: any accidents, injuries or illness which may occur while on Hollywood Beach Suites premises or in the Turks and Caicos Islands, nor for the loss of personal belongings or valuables. By accepting this Agreement, it is agreed that Guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm that may arise to themselves or to others whom they invite. You agree to all the terms of this Agreement, as evidenced by your acceptance during the on-line booking confirmation process from your specific computer IP address. Insurance: The accommodation suggests guests consider purchasing traveler insurance.
