You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. A damage deposit of THB 3000 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that this is a single apartment located within a condominium complex and is managed by an external management company. Guests are kindly requested to contact the property directly via phone (at least 48 hours prior to arrival) as shown on the booking confirmation to arrange a key pick-up time. === The property requires a 30% prepayment (with a minimum prepayment amount of THB 5000) via PayPal, credit card or bank transfer. Guests will receive a direct email from the property with further instructions. To confirm the reservation, payment must be made within the deadline stated in the email. === Please note that room rates do not include an electrical usage fee.
