住客必须经船转车才能到达住宿场所，必须使用预订后收到的确认邮件上的联系方式，至少在出行前 72 小时联系住宿接待方。前台接待时间为每天 7:30 - 4:00。前台员工将在住客抵达时出面迎接。 从本岛出发的渡轮时间表如下：从普吉开往皮皮岛 (于 Rasada 码头开出)：08:30、11:00、11:30、13:30 及 15:00。从甲米开往皮皮岛 (于 Klong Ji-Lard 码头开出)：09:00、10:30、13:30 及 15:00。旅客须于渡轮开出前至少 1 小时到达，船期会因天气情况而有所变动。于中午后到达普吉或甲米机场的旅客，将需于本岛留宿，然后乘搭次日早上前往皮皮岛的渡轮。

出行提示
