Work is being carried out floor by floor. About 15 days are allocated for each floor.
Additionally, work is being carried out on the terrace of the Ucanca restaurant — a new buffet area is being created to organize breakfasts and dinners for guests. The work is scheduled to be completed in July.
Local work is being carried out in the solarium area. A small area is temporarily fenced off and does not affect the use of the rest of the territory.
The work concerns exclusively the interior decor and equipment: hand tools are used - hammers, spatulas, electric drills. Dust and construction waste are not generated.
All work is carried out from Monday to Friday from 08:00 AM to 04:00 PM. Noisy work begins at 10:00 AM.
Access to the floors being renovated is isolated, the staff uses a separate entrance. There is no visual contact between guests and the work process. Also, the use of paints and varnishes or other products that create an odor is not envisaged. |
