Mandatory Fees and Taxes

You'll be asked to pay the following charges at the property:

• Cash deposit: EUR 40 per stay for guests staying between 01 May - 31 December
• Breakage deposit: EUR 160 per stay (for stays between 01 July - 31 August)
• A tax is imposed by the city: EUR 0.99 per person, per night, up to 7 nights. This tax does not apply to children under 17 years of age.
• Towels/sheets: EUR 10 per person, per stay
