Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. This property is located in a residential area and guests are asked to refrain from excessive noise. A damage deposit of EUR 750 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. A surcharge applies for arrivals after check-in hours. All requests for late or early arrival are subject to confirmation by the property: 20:00 — 22:00: EUR 40.00 22:00 — 23:30: EUR 60.00 Please note that guests must present the credit card used to make the reservation on arrival.
