The deposit for the safety of property is paid by card after check-in and is returned back on the day of check-out after cleaning. The deposit is returned to the same bank card from which the payment was made.
After making a reservation, guests must contact the administration to confirm the validity of the reservation, the composition of the guests and indicate any accommodation requests.
The owner of the apartment has the right to request an advance payment in order to be sure of the guest’s intentions. The receiving party contacts the guest, provides check-in instructions and an invoice for making an advance payment via Internet acquiring.
