办理入住手续所需文件的要求取决于住宿类型及适用规定。对于酒店及其他住宿设施，可接受俄罗斯护照、国际护照或驾驶执照。对于公寓、服务式公寓及其他按特定物业规则办理入住或签订合同的房产，所需文件由该物业自行确定。

Dogs weighing up to 10 kg are allowed at the hotel. Guests must coordinate pet accommodation with the property in advance. No more than one pet is allowed per hotel room.

The requested bed type is not guaranteed and is assigned on the day of arrival.

Foreign guests must provide a passport, a visa if required for entry into the Russian Federation and a migration card.

For children, a birth certificate must be presented; passport entries are not sufficient. Check-in without a birth certificate is not allowed according to Russian law.

One child up to 12 years old can stay free of charge when sharing a room with a parent or guardian without an extra bed. Breakfast for the child is paid separately according to the rate on the date of stay. A 50% discount on breakfast is applied for the child.

The extra bed fee is RUB 1500.00. Breakfast for a third guest is paid separately. Breakfast prices: RUB 1200.00 for adults and RUB 600.00 for children 6–12 years from January to May, RUB 1250.00 for adults and RUB 625.00 for children 6–12 years from June to December. Lunch buffet prices: RUB 1400.00 for adults and RUB 700.00 for children 6–12 years from January to May, RUB 1450.00 for adults and RUB 725.00 for children 6–12 years from June to December. Dinner buffet prices: RUB 1500.00 for adults and RUB 750.00 for children 6–12 years from January to May, RUB 1600.00 for adults and RUB 800.00 for children 6–12 years from June to December.

A crib for children under 2 years is provided free of charge. Guests must notify the hotel in advance as the number of cribs is limited.

For guests traveling by private car, the hotel provides free unsecured parking.

Use of the pool, beach, sauna and bath is not included in the accommodation fee and is paid separately.

To guarantee access to the spa, guests must book in advance. Two hours of spa access are included in the stay for guests booking a suite. The spa has a limit on the number of people who can be present at the same time so prior reservation is required.

For early check-in or late check-out, guests should confirm availability at the reception in advance. If rooms are not ready, luggage can be left in the storage until the room is available.

Breakfast on the day of early check-in is not included and is provided for an additional fee.

Only registered guests are allowed in the rooms.
