For underage guests under the age of 18, when staying without parents, it is required to provide a power of attorney from one of the parents, it is not necessary to notarize the power of attorney. The power of attorney is filled out in a free form.

Children aged 5 to 16 years old are subject to an additional meal charge.

If the child is traveling with a relative excluding parents or a guardian, documents confirming his right to accompany the child must also be presented upon arrival.

Half board is provided without the right to choose.

Accommodation with cats and dogs in height up to 50 cm is possible for an additional fee of RUB 1000.00, including VAT of 22%. A fee is charged for each animal, regardless of the length of stay.

In order to ensure a comfortable stay at the hotel for both pet owners and other guests, the following rules are established: the owner must present a veterinary passport or certificate for the animal. In the absence of these documents, the hotel reserves the right to refuse accommodation.

All pets staying at the hotel must be registered. If the guest does not fulfil the obligation to register the animal with the reception and accommodation service, he/she shall pay the hotel a fine of RUR 1000.00, after which he/she shall register the animal.

The Mon Plaisir Sauna Club is located at the hotel, and the services are charged separately. The sauna club has a Finnish sauna, a hammam and a swimming pool 3 x 4 sq. m. Massage services are also available in this complex.

Meals are served buffet style in the Cinema restaurant on the 3rd floor of the hotel.

Breakfast is served from 07:00 to 10:30. Lunch is from 12:00 to 15:00. Dinner from 18:00 to 22:00.

Not all rooms have a beautiful view; guests can leave a comment requesting a view of the river or square and upon check-in, if possible, a room with a view will be provided.
