Shelterz Elektrozavodskaya Hotel 

办理入住手续所需文件的要求取决于住宿类型及适用规定。对于酒店及其他住宿设施，可接受俄罗斯护照、国际护照或驾驶执照。对于公寓、服务式公寓及其他按特定物业规则办理入住或签订合同的房产，所需文件由该物业自行确定。

Front desk opening hours 09:00 - 23:50.

Check-in is available until 11:50 PM. For arrivals between 11:50 PM and 12:30 AM, an additional fee of RUB 500.00 applies. If guests plan to check in after 11:50 PM, they should contact the hotel in advance to receive check-in instructions. Contact details can be found in the booking confirmation.

All Economy rooms do not have windows.

In all SHELTERZ hotels, bathroom facilities are located on the floor. There are no windows in the rooms; windows are only available in the hotel lobby.

Foreign guests must have a migration card with them.

Guests are required to contact the hotel and confirm their arrival at least 24 hours before check-in.

When checking into the hotel, foreign guests from the CIS may be required to provide additional documents. The full list of documents may vary. Please contact the hotelier in advance to confirm the details. Contact information is included in the booking confirmation.

Guests must make a prepayment by 06:00 PM, otherwise the booking will be cancelled by the hotel system. Contact information can be found in your booking confirmation.

For Postpay reservations: a full prepayment must be made via the payment link provided, which is valid until 06:00 PM. If the prepayment is not made, the booking is considered non-guaranteed.

The luggage storage fee is RUB 500.00.
