Guests must contact the property on the day of arrival between 10:00 AM and 09:00 PM Moscow time. Contact details can be found in the booking confirmation.

In case of a later check-in from 09:00 PM to 11:00 PM, an additional fee of 500.00 RUB is charged by transfer to a bank card.
