Check-in takes place remotely, the day before check-in, the guest receives a letter with a link to online check-in. The reception is open from 9 am to 8 pm, there is a 24-hour security at the facility.

Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. Please inform Sonder Casa Tonalá in advance of your expected arrival time. We have provided a Chromecast and an HDMI cord for streaming. This central location is prone to noise. Windows in some spaces may face the lobby or interior courtyard. There is no fridge in the Standard Queen Room.
