The V1 enhancement works, which began on 12 May 2025, have been completed. Thirty-five Horizon Water Villas have been upgraded with new L-shaped private pools and sunken seating areas. The signature Italian restaurant Trio has reopened with a refreshed interior and increased seating capacity. Additional enhancement works are scheduled from 05 October to 10 December 2025. During this period, the second overwater jetty, which includes 40 water villas, will be temporarily closed for preventive maintenance and infrastructure improvements. The French restaurant Flavours will also be temporarily closed during the same period. To provide uninterrupted dining experiences, the recently reopened Trio restaurant will offer an expanded à la carte menu that includes French specialties in addition to Italian cuisine.

The planned works include refurbishment of water villa interiors, installation of new pools, terraces, and roofing, as well as interior enhancement of the Flavours restaurant. The works will be limited to designated areas, and noise and visual impact will be kept to a minimum.

The amount of the deposit can be changed depending on the room category.

Floatplane transfer per child from 2 to 11 years old: USD 295.00, roundtrip.

Private Seaplane transfer:

Adult (12 years and older): USD 8890.00 per person. This rate is not included in the booking price and must be paid additionally.

Child (2-11 years old): free of charge.

Hotel has fees for new year's and Christmas gala, fees are mandatory.

Cost of the festive Christmas dinner (December 25) for an adult: USD 500.00, for a child: USD 255.00 (from 2 to 14 years old).

Cost of the gala dinner on New Year's Eve (December 31) for an adult: USD 500.00, for a child: USD 255.00 (from 2 to 14 years old).

Additional fee for children from 12 to 17 years old: USD 567.00 per person, per stay. The additional fee covers transfer fees for guests ages 12 to 17.

The environmental fee is charged for guests over 2 years of age.
