You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. To use the property's free shuttle from JR Hakuba Station, please make a reservation at least 1 day in advance. Contact details can be found on the booking confirmation. A prepayment deposit via bank transfer or PayPal is required to secure your booking. Payment instructions will be sent by the property at the time of booking. If payment is not made by the instructed date, your booking will be cancelled. Keys to the chalets must be picked up at the apartments, approximately 800 metres away. Child rates apply to children staying at the property. Please contact the property for details. If you would like to bring your pet, you must request this in advance. Most types of dogs are allowed in chalets. Pets are not allowed in apartments. |
