根据机构规定及威尼斯及威尼斯泻湖小岛的门票费用管理规则，对于不入住过夜且计划于周五至周日或公共假期期间上午8:30至下午4:00时段内参观历史城区中心地带的日间游客（不论是否有班车接送），将收取额外费用。费用为每日EUR 5.00至10.00，具体金额根据预订日期而定。支付完成后，游客必须持有确认凭证。以下人员免除该费用：14岁以下儿童；威尼斯及威尼托大区居民；在威尼斯工作或学习的人员。过夜住宿的游客亦免除该费用，但需在住宿设施支付城市税。

清洁税不包含在预订价格中，需在酒店单独支付。

Please inform Cà Vian in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. A damage deposit of EUR 50 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that the property has no reception, therefore check-in must be arranged in advance. Late check-in from 22:00 until 00:00 costs extra EUR 30. After this time, a surcharge of EUR 50 applies. All requests for late arrival are subject to confirmation by the property.
