清洁税不包含在预订价格中，需在酒店单独支付。

Please inform appartamento Casanova in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. A damage deposit of EUR 200 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property. A surcharge of EUR 20 applies for arrivals from 20:00 until 22:00. From 22:00 until 00:00, late check-in costs EUR 40. From 00:00 until 01:00, it costs EUR 100. All requests for late arrival are subject to confirmation by the property. The latest possible check-in, even if paying the surcharge, is 01:00.
