根据机构规定及威尼斯及威尼斯泻湖小岛的门票费用管理规则，对于不入住过夜且计划于周五至周日或公共假期期间上午8:30至下午4:00时段内参观历史城区中心地带的日间游客（不论是否有班车接送），将收取额外费用。费用为每日EUR 5.00至10.00，具体金额根据预订日期而定。支付完成后，游客必须持有确认凭证。以下人员免除该费用：14岁以下儿童；威尼斯及威尼托大区居民；在威尼斯工作或学习的人员。过夜住宿的游客亦免除该费用，但需在住宿设施支付城市税。

清洁税不包含在预订价格中，需在酒店单独支付。

意大利酒店可能会收取强制性节庆晚宴费用。宾客应直接联系酒店以获取更多信息。

Know Before You Go

Mandatory Fees and Taxes

You'll be asked to pay the following charges at the property:

• A tax is imposed by the city and will be collected at the property. This tax does not apply to residents of Venice City and children under 10 years of age. Further exemptions may apply to patients and their companions, and people staying in the city for specific purposes/duties, subject to the submission of proper documents to the property. A 30 percent reduction applies from 1-31 January.
• A tax is imposed by the city: EUR 1.4 per person, per night

There is no reception desk in the hotel, check-in is done through online check-in.

Check-in is possible only till 23.00.
