Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Guests will receive a rental agreement which must be signed and returned to the property prior to arrival. If guests do not receive the agreement on time, they should contact the property management company at the number on the booking confirmation. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property. You can bring your own bed linen and towels or purchase them on site (hygienic and disposable) at a cost of EUR 18 for double bed, EUR 13 for single bed, EUR 13 for towels set (1 medium + 1 big). Accommodation must be left clean and tidy, or a final cleaning charge of EUR 60 will apply. Please note, the pool is open from May until September.
