A refundable security deposit is required upon arrival. This amount is pre-authorized on the guest's credit card at check-in to cover any potential damages incurred during the stay. The pre-authorization hold will be released within 7 days following the guest’s departure, provided no damages, loss, or excessive cleaning fees are required. By booking, guests acknowledge and agree to the following: Authorization: A valid credit card must be presented at check-in for the pre-authorization. No funds are debited unless damages or additional costs are confirmed after departure. Inspection: Our team inspects the villa before and after each stay to ensure its condition. Release of Hold: If no damages or additional charges apply, the pre-authorization hold will be released within 7 days. However, the exact timeframe for funds to reappear may vary depending on the guest’s bank. Charges: In the case of damages, loss, or additional cleaning fees, the guest will be notified, and necessary charges will be applied. Please feel free to contact us if you have any questions regarding the security deposit policy. Villa Bijou by Mykonos Rocks: A 500€ security deposit fee is required. Villa Perla by Mykonos Rocks: A 1,000€ security deposit fee is required. Villa Alabaster by Mykonos Rocks: A 1,000€ security deposit fee is required.
