Please note that the property has a dog and cat as house pets. Please note that children cannot be accommodated in the property. Check in is before 10 PM without extra charges; check in between 22:00 and 24:00 incurs in charge of COL$30.000 and check in between 24:00 and 8:00 incurs in extra charge of COL$40.000 Note that cleaning services are provided daily except on Sundays. In order to preserve the environment and save water, towels are changed every other day, whereas bed linens are changed every 4 days.
