服務人員很幽默親切，雖然我們元旦的一大清早就把她吵醒要退房及押金也完全沒有臭臉或是不開心，還是笑笑的很有禮貌，在香港實在難得!!房間簡單，如同一般香港等價位住宿。不過美麗都大樓的電梯很容易超載，超過五人就不行了，電梯要等很久
