The apartment buildings do not have their own reception desk. All keys must be collected from Zeedijk 148. The property's reception is closed between 12.00 and 14.30. Guests who expect to arrive outside of the stated check-in times must contact the property directly as soon as possible. Contact details appear on the Booking Confirmation issued by this site. The use of water, electricity and heating is registered with individual meters and guests will be charged only for what they consume. Please note that the fixed amount stated in the prepayment conditions is a damage deposit. It is required upon arrival, and will be refunded after an inspection of the accommodation on the day of departure. Guests are kindly requested to note that the apartments need to be left clean upon departure. Please note that guests can clean the apartment themselves or pay to have the apartment cleaned (Costs vary per apartment.
