Guests are required to contact the apart-hotel no later than 24 hours prior to arrival in order to agree on the order and time of arrival. Contactless check-in is possible.

Check-in, check-out and check-out are made in the presence of an identity document, based on the rules and conditions defined by the hotel. Prepayment is required for group bookings of two or more rooms.

Guests are required to contact the apart-hotel 30 minutes before arrival. Contact information is provided in the booking confirmation. Check-in from 08:00 PM to 02:00 PM is only possible by prior arrangement.
