Please note that the property requires 5 percent credit card deposit at time of booking. An additional 30 percent deposit is due to Private Villa Rentals by check or bank wire transfer within 24 hours of credit card deposit. Remaining balance of 65 percent due by check or Bank Wire Transfer to Private Villa Rentals 60 days prior to check in. Be aware that when reserving within 60 days of check in, the remaining 95 percent is due to Private Villa Rentals by check or bank wire transfer within 24 hours of 5 percent credit card deposit. During the Christmas and New Years Season of December 15th through January 10th a 5 percent credit card deposit is charged at time of booking. An additional 50 percent deposit is due to Private Villa Rentals by check or bank wire transfer within 24 hours of credit card deposit. Remaining balance of 45 percent due by check or Bank Wire Transfer 90 days prior to check in.Please note that when reserving within 90 days of check in, during the Christmas and New Years Season of December 15th through January 10th, the remaining 95 percent is due to Private Villa Rentals by check or bank wire transfer within 24 hours of 5 percent credit card deposit.
